UVA & UVB rays
There’s not an anti-ageing skincare ingredient of any use under the letter u, but 111skin feel that it shouldn’t go without mentioning to protect yourself from uva and uvb rays with spf or a mineral filter.
Vitamin C & E:
The most important vitamins for the skin are c and e. Vitamin c can brighten the skin and give it luminosity, as well as increasing collagen production and fighting wrinkles. It works in synergy with vitamin e which prevents collagen breakdown by protecting cell membranes from free radical damage. If you want to tell if vitamin c is stable, look for l-ascorbic acid on the label. If it’s exposed to air, it undergoes oxidation and becomes ineffective.
