COVID-19

In light of the current COVID-19 and complying with the government and DHL's new terms and conditions, the courier will now be able to offer a non-contact alternative which will mean that you won't need to confirm your signature when receiving your parcel. As this format is now available we advise that you state your preferred option of either requiring a signature or requiring the non-contact alternative in your 111SKIN and DHL order notes so both parties are aware of your delivery choice.

UK

  • Free UK ECO Shipping (Minimum Packaging) -  Next working day after dispatch.

  • £10 - Same Day delivery in London zone 1 and 2 before 12pm for orders over £250.

    USA

    • £25 - US Standard delivery (Bespoke Gift Wrap) - Delivery 5 within working days from dispatch date.
    • £15 - US ECO Shipping (Minimum Packaging) -  Delivery 5 within working days from dispatch date.
    • For free delivery, place an order on the US dollar website.

    EUROPE

    • Free delivery for every order in Europe.
    • Next working day after dispatch.

    REST OF THE WORLD

    • Orders over £50 are shipped for free.
    • Orders under £50 are charged a fee of £24.99
    • Delivery should normally take 3 working days from dispatch date.

    AUSTRALIA

    • Orders over £50 are shipped for free.
    • Orders under £50 are charged a fee of £14.99.
    • Delivery should normally take 3 working days from dispatch date.

     

     

    While we make every effort to always deliver within our estimated times, due to the high volume of orders during March and May may be longer.

    Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax but do not include other taxes which may be applied in your jurisdiction.

    Orders posted to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import charges. 111SKIN accepts no responsibility for these. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide necessary documentation and charges as well as liaising with customs in order to ensure accurate delivery.

    *NB - We ask that you allow up to 20 working days as on occasion delays can occur. Please note that shipping to China can take longer as on average it can take up to 4 days to clear customs.
