“Whether you’re 20 or 40 years old, great event skin is not a one-day wonder and a clear timeline leading up to the event is essential. From healthy eating as a general rule to peels 3 weeks before, a facial 5 days before and a gentle nourishing facial mask on the day, all are essential for red carpet ready skin”.
“Three or four days before the event introduce the 111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond Retinol Oil at night for nourishing results and the Celestial Black Diamond Lifting and Firming Treatment Mask the night before for firming and sculpting the face. On the day, avoid any strenuous activity and ensure that you remain relaxed and even meditate in the morning. Start with the Vitamin C Brightening Cleanser, that brightens and promotes collagen in the skin followed by the Y Theorem Day Cream and Space Defence Bright Eye Lift Gel under foundation for a healthy-looking and long-lasting base”.

“ Sometimes I find that clients can get concerned with how long the skincare prep can take, assuming that it lengthens the make-up application however I find that when I take my time with the skin, there is always less to correct or cover – the skin is the showcase.”
“On freshly cleansed skin I would apply an eye mask, the Sub-Zero De-Puffing Eye Mask is great for under eye puffiness or the Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask. At the same time working with the master-masking technique and applying a sheet mask, either the Bio Cellulose Facial Treatment Mask for hydration or the Celestial Black Diamond Lifting and Firming Mask for both the face and décolletage. Following this I would apply the Meso Infusion Lip Duo to treat the lips, the Y Theorem Serum to lock in the nutrients from the masks and finish with the Nocturnal Eclipse Recovery Cream and Celestial Black Diamond Contour Gel – think of it as a topical Botox.”
