1. Always Read The Label
The first step when it comes to protecting sensitive skin is to always read the label. Products with strong fragrances, harsh chemicals or an abrasive nature will easily irritate sensitive skin and can lead to flare ups, redness and other potential problems. 2. Test Any New Products
